Our herbal consultant will submit to you a report of the herbal products we can make and a quote. Our herbal consultant might request a brief meeting with you to consolidate plans. This process might take between 24 to 72 hours to complete, or within a week for more complex needs. The consultation is at no cost to you. All products received can be returned up to 7 days after purchase, and refunded at full price if it has not been opened. All returned tampered-with products will be refunded at half the price. To receive your full or half refund the product must be returned. Non-returned products will be refunded at 25%. All products that produce an adverse affect will be fully refunded.
